The other thirteen (13), just so y'all don't have to look them up are (from W to E),,,,Phoenix, Salt Lake City, Denver, Austin, Dallas Houston, Minneapolis, Chicago, Detroit, Miami, Washington D. C., Baltimore and New York City.

That northbound fence should follow the crest of the Sierra Madres and the Cascades. Those ranges seem to be the approximate demarcation between sanity and prog craziness in CA, OR & WA.
