First, there is absolutely zero chance that a hate crime will be considered as we all know a Black’s cannot legally be charged with a hate crime regardless of the minority victim, even a LGBTQ minority.
Second, black on black crime is significantly less egregious than say white on black, white on Hispanic, even white on white so likely any charges will be significantly reduced for all in the group responsible.
