I found it intriguing visiting and walking around in Ft. Marcy Park after reading all about the details of Foster’s ‘murder’ and the coverup. The first EMT responders reported a small neck wound which was also whited out on the autopsy report. The first park visitor to discover Foster’s body said he did not see a gun in Foster’s hand. He would have been standing over him with Foster’s body sloping downward- an eagles eye view of his hands.
Very little blood at the scene and no exit wound from a high caliber pistol.
No suicide note but they ‘found’ a ripped up similar note with some segments not in Foster’s handwriting. Yeh Ken Starr knows the score he just hid the ball and passed on focusing on the dirty deed.
Remember that the FBI spent thousands of man-hours searching Ft. Marcy park for the bullet that killed Foster.
They found a treasure-trove of Civil War artifacts, but no Foster killing bullet.
