While I try to avoid becoming conspiracy-oriented, there was so much that was weird surrounding the circumstances of his death.
Let’s say for the sake of argument alone that Hillary didn’t order Foster’s death, someone close to her decided that Foster had become a problem and needed to be dealt with. Hillary, more than likely, figured out after the fact who did it and covered for them.
She probably didn’t order it directly, anyway. You need plausible deniability.
The best work on the subject was by Christopher Ruddy and by Ambrose Evans-Pritchard.
There were several others in Arkansas that mysteriously committed suicide within hours and days of Foster. Some of them warned their families they might commit suicide...

Then she’d be either accessory to the crime or obstructing justice/investigation.
