Even without the red markup, I believe the name tag is situated in a way to draw attention to the Q♣️. I don’t remember posing for an award photo without being asked to remove my name tag whether clip on or lanyard. Even if I didn’t remove it, I would make sure it was straight, just as I would my tie and jacket.

That makes sense. One would think that she or the photographer would have made sure it was straight, so it may very well have been turned sideways for that reason.
