More like a black hat under an ongoing operational plea deal.

I think that’s the way any such people should be considered, anyway, if they’re unknown.
Then you see something like lj posted about [RR], still in his position, standing up for Barr ... when we see the Mule report we’re going to know more.
There are so many puzzles within the puzzles ... it’s quite the movie! ;)
