From what people have said about another photo (or two) on Gen. Flynn’s page, they were photos of Narragansett Bay in RI. Flynn lives in RI and surfs that beach. There may be a name to that surf break, any Rhode Islanders on the thread?
Or maybe it’s another surf place in RI, got a lot of coastline (relatively speaking).
It’s definitely NOT RI - it appears to be California, my first thought possibly Mavericks in Central / Northern California. note the water is not blue like HI nor East Coast either.
