While he did a great job with Caberet, I don’t think Fosse was ever the “Biggest director in the world”.
“Biggest director in the world”. Perhaps this should be given to Orson Welles.
He directed Broadway plays,not just movies, and if you had bothered to read the article/knew anything at all about Fosse, you would know that his direction “made” the movie CABERET, which is when he was called “the greatest direct...”!
