Now, about last week’s brain zapping...”I remember it! It hurt! Please don’t zap my brain again! I’ll never forget it!”

where does the plasma come from?

A spark irradiated with microwaves can bring it up to the critical temperature...

That or aliens?

Go for it!
No guts, no glory.

Some grapes and a sharp knife, the microwave at work when no one is around ... Only needs a few seconds.

Now quit wasting your employers time and get back to work!

that page is illegible. The font and the colors.

What page are you talking about? Are you using a mobile device or a desktop? No one else has ever expressed a problem, unless they do not like colors.

a zapper for my leaky bladder?

A friend with intense carpal tunnel, in the middle of a nasty divorce and could not afford the time off...Just two years from retirement.

A news article on acupuncture and carpal tunnel...
He stopped at the first place on his way home.

They told him the effects only lasts for about a year.

The needles in and attached wires to a gizmo that shocked him.
After a month, he was sleeping again!

Worked well for about a year and a half, then started to wear off.

Might work better to use a magneto wired directly to the head windings.

That way you simply give the gear a quick twist every time you need a little more neurons firing.

Like the famously crappy Fairbanks-Morse Magneto?

Better than Lucas, I guess?

For those willing to try, it probably won’t matter which they use. :-)

” Grapes act as spheres of water, which, due to their large index of refraction and small absorptivity, form leaky resonators at 2.4 GHz. “

... having a 2.4ghz network cellphone in your pocket close to your grape sized testicles; really frightening.

https://www.pnas.org/content/116/10/4000

a simple model of absorption would be expected to yield a thermal pattern that is hotter near the surface, becoming less hot toward the center of the object as the microwave radiation is attenuated. The fact that water spheres of various sizes routinely yield the inverted pattern of a hot middle is thus evidence of optical resonance in isolated aqueous spheres

Perhaps a colander would work for both simultaneously?

I read where the police put one on the head of a not-so-bright perp. They attached "wires" to it and sat him by a Xerox machine that had a piece of paper already in it. On the paper were the words "He's Guilty".

Under questioning, every time he replied, an officer would hit the "Copy" button. They then showed him the copy and told him "The machine says you are guilty." He eventually confessed.

On the original topic, eBay has something that might work:

I ordered one.

A tens unit, transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS).

I have one and use it for muscle aches, works well.
Also, use a Tens & Ems.

But so far never on my head.

That's actually what I got it for. A relative told me how it helped her hip, so I thought I'd try it on my back (Doc sez "Lowest three vertebrae show sever arthritic degeneration." I'd like to get my hands on the one who coined "Growing old gracefully". Hell, it a German rearguard action on the Russian Front.)

Back in the old days, your parents whacked your head when you were a kid.
Maybe they knew something?
