Well, they love their child, and when their child admits to homosexual perversity, they can’t stop loving their child. So, they choose to accept the perversity (even though they previously found it disgusting). And when that doesn’t satisfy the perverse child, they then choose to love the perversity, to have “pride” in it. All to avoid the guilt of appropriate judgement.
A19 absolutely plays here, in that it’s allowed the perversity to flourish, allowed for legal “gay marriage”, allowed cross dressers in womens’ sports and womens’ bathrooms.
