Plugs is out of it as is delusional Hitlery, stuttering stammering Piglosi, ancient ChiFi, Cummings,leaker Adam Schitt, Pow Wow Warren, and the rest of the wacko Marxist Left. Then there’s the new crop of airheads and antisemites to contend with.
But he is a lot more Presidential than Trump. Does he tweet obnoxious things? Does he call democrats names?

I think he’s been that way since he was a boy. There is no light of intellect or understanding in his eyes; the only way he can avoid saying something stupid is to remain silent; he was unable to deduce that pawing women/children is unacceptable so it had to be explained to him publicly....
He’s always been an awkward idiot, but over on DU some are breathlessly talking about how he’s the only one who could beat Trump in 2020, and how they are going to “max out” their donation when he announces he’s collecting funds. I suppose that could be Biden posting his own praise to support the ridiculous strategy of claiming he was targeted for prosecution because he was lookin’ like a winnah!

I agree. He did seem very old and unable to respond well or in a timely manner.
I still have serious doubts that Biden will enter the Dem race. He is very vulnerable on a number of fronts, as is his family... and, as you imply, he is just too old. The Dems have passed him by. The current Dem leadership is a time capsule - Tammany Hall.
Well, we will see.
