Because they ask and test for dope. If that was requirement for the nexus card, the potheads here in FR would fail so your percentage is way off. Lying and doing dope go hand in hand so that’s another disqualifyer.

I suspect you’re going somewhat overboard with the number of so called potheads running around on free republic.
It’s been over 30 years since I even smelled the stuff, although I enjoyed it when I was young. I’m not sure that qualifies me as a pothead.lol
