The United Nations estimates that almost 4 billion people around the globe are underserved when it comes to internet access, which is becoming increasingly important as the world grows more connected.
Yet if you believe facebooks numbers they all have Facebook accounts and click on ads. Same with google, Twitter ....

That's a lot of orbiting crap to worry about. :^) Seems like latency would be a problem with a system like this, but it could be the only convenient way to access broadband, for instance, on or above the Pacific Ocean.
