Every cell of HIS body has both an X and a Y chromosome...which is the very definition of a male. Nothing else needs to be discussed.

Way back when there was an East Germany, their “women” shot-putters, etc. were rumored to have had lots of testosterone to improve their strength. I wonder how long of a time period before the Olympic games having artificial testosterone was a disqualifying factor...and apply at least that much time to disqualifying someone who was born with X and Y chromosomes from competing in women’s sports. I would make it a permanent ban - because of the bone and muscle structure differences making a permanent difference.
