I wonder if he can actually do that without Trumps permission. What I mean is, there are various special agreements and pacts that come in to play between the US and Canada and multiple states searately “for the environment” when anything potentially polluting occurs on/to the Great Lakes. It might be decided here that plopping a whole new “villiage” there on the shore is a “problem”.
We might want UN out of US but can we pass up a chance to stick our thumb in their eye?
