Why did James Clapper just implicate Obama as the ‘Spygate’ leader again? We have a theory

Are the wheels finally coming off the Spygate scandal? Are the co-conspirators getting nervous not just about being found out but about suffering legal consequences?

Could be. And frankly, it’s about time.

Within days after special counsel Robert Mueller filed his report with the Justice Department noting that he’d found no “collusion” between the 2016 Trump campaign and Mother Russia, the House Intelligence Committee’s ranking member, Devin Nunes (R-Calif.) indicated he and others were preparing to file criminal referrals to DoJ regarding individuals Mueller “skipped over” during his 18-month probe.

“We’re still continuing to get to the bottom of what was happening to the Department of Justice and the FBI, trying to make sure that everyone there is held accountable…either through the courts or otherwise…. We’ll be making criminal referrals on a whole host of topics, most importantly probably lying and misleading Congress,” Nunes told One American News Network earlier this month, as we reported.

“I told her staff three times not to try that gambit. I had to throw a mini tantrum at a Hampton’s party to get their attention. She keeps tripping into these ‘character’ minefields,” he wrote. He also had tried to settle the matter in a meeting with Clinton aide Cheryl Mills in August.

SEPTEMBER 2016 EARLY : (GERMANY : MINISTER OF THE ENVIRONMENT SHUFFLES 4 MILLION EUROS TO THE CLINTON FOUNDATION )
About sixty days prior to the 2016 election....the Ministry of the Environment in Germany shuffled four-million Euro (5-million dollars) to the foundation. Oddly, they didn’t admit this in public for about four months (late Nov 2016), it came out to the general public in Germany.
After this came out....some journalist did lightly mention that only around 5-to-10 percent of the Foundation money goes to the actual charity work....the rest goes to operational costs. The Ministry of the Environment never discussed the matter after that detail came out. I doubt if they clearly understood that detail (it is public information) or how the money was used.
This was simply to get a seat at the table after Hillary’s win, and the Ministry intended to have a ‘big’ seat.

Obama may have rubber stamped it, but he did not have the experience or intellect to come up with the idea. Your question about who put Obama in office is relevant. Those people came up with the idea. But remember too that this was mostly started by foreign "friendly" intelligence services. We don't know how much the US deep state coordinated in the beginning nor how much influence that entire cabal had on choosing Obama and getting him elected.

1. If Clapper goes down, so is Obama.

2. The first person to cooperate or goes to the prosecutors gets the best deal.

Problem for Clapper is the DOJ already has all the evidence they need to take down all the plotters to overthrow the government.
