Dont know if we could ever create a robot that dumb.

OTOH, there is work proceeding on AI systems that will be on the Board Of Directors of major companies. Also, many B an C level manager positions might be going away too.

Already done, its called a “blow-up doll”. A statue of would also suffice since they never really work. Its not like they have to meet production. Just put a sign in their hand every four years saying “elect me or your dead in 12 years” and your all set.
