I have long suspected the day would arrive when the same libs that gave us the minimum wage would make it illegal for businesses to lay off employees.

IIRC, California has a law that companies who wish to downsize, move, or close altogether MUST give all employees & the state a 60 day notice.

They also tried to pas an EXIT TAX for people leaving the state. I wonder if they consider death an EXIT?
