If you were a teacher (even just a Substitute) here in California, and had that sign visible inside your classroom, I guarantee you, some would see that as a Firing Offense.

At very least, you would be either suspended or reassigned to where you had no direct student contact.
If you asked for a court appointed lawyer to defend you against wrongful termination, you would get an attorney prepared to have you lose the case.
