Roy Cohn was a big-time NYC lawyer who worked for Nixon and later first gave DJT an intro and entree into Manhattan elite culture. Though he was a homo he harbored a certain hostility to homoz and to communists. In particular he hated homo communists --he constantly excoriated them.
