... he suffered when a TheraBand exercise device slipped from his hand... claiming civil negligence and failure to warn the public the elastic physical resistance band was unreasonably dangerous, particularly for the elderly like him. Is Reid claiming that the elderly aren't strong enough to keep the tension on a stretched rubber exercise band? How is that the product's fault?
Does Reid have arthritis? Is he just weaker at age 75 and too vain to accommodate a slower lifestyle?
