I would guess Harry has a big home with plenty of spacious rooms but he chose to exercise in the bathroom which is a room known for accidents to more often happen then say using an extra room without counters or cabinets in arms reach in case you fall or get out of control.
I see it as God was being merciful to Harry in taking him out of office by theraband rather than letting Harry continue on in his evil-mindedness in office. Harry choosing to be involved in suing the company is not a good move on Harry’s part. He’s still being greedy - evil and not taking ownership of fact he chose a poor place to do exercise and did not choose to either read direction for use or get educated on the product before choosing to use it.
