I challenged Freepers at the time to look at the Biden photos and convict based on photos alone.
Politicians (even Trump, even Hitler-I know the same sentence distasteful) are always picking up babies, hugging, kissing. It’s not a sinister thing (in hindsight we know Hitler was).
However, it was fairly established that Biden is different in his political baby kissing. Without doubt, he has a ‘boundaries’ problem and is now confirmed by a Democrat (Flores) to have a disorder, to say the least. But we knew that already from his politics.
Although Biden is indeed a strange duck and now a confirmed creep, I wanted to caution Freepers to be more legally objective and not form a lynch mob before other evidence was available to convict.
The reason I challenge on such matters is that I put myself in the shoes of an innocent American who is not well-informed of political matters. What and how do they see such things? Biden hugging, kissing a child on the cheek is not shocking. It’s only when we see more deeply and broadly this man’s behavior do we start to suspect he has a character problem with his groping of people. But still, it’s not a crime. But it sure as hell is inappropriate and borderline pederasty.

There is a very odd feature of our physiology that is related to opioids. If an individual is actually in extreme pain, they can tolerate doses of morphine that would kill a user ingesting it for pleasure. If someone is enduring long term chronic pain they don’t get addicted in the same way that fools on the street shooting it up for pleasure do. Perhaps because in that case it’s working to alleviate pain, not produce euphoria, though the sudden reduction in pain itself probably feels euphoric. They didn’t give me much in the way of opioids when my back was injured. Mostly lovely Darvon which they took away (off the market) because 1/10th of 1 percent of pregnant women had a bad side effect.

The purpose of WWII was for Germany to conquer at least a significant part of the land to their east, and wipe out the Bolsheviks whom Hitler (rightly) believed sought to capture Germany.
A secondary goal was to rid Europe of Jews, whom he equated to Bolsheviks. (It is true that many Jews in Germany were associated with the Marxist oriented parties. Many German cities were already ruled by "Soviets" in the '20s when Hitler began his rise to power.)
