Police van backing into the alley. Pulling way back for a minute or two. Now moved in front of the building. Signalling? Now has went to the end of the block and is backing on that street. Cameraman man is trying to shine light into the windows...not working. Now they are sitting there for a few minutes and now moving again. Backing again and turning around. Backing into that alley a half block up. Staying put for the time being.

Another police van is moving around....Now pulling inro alley half block up. Two motorcycle police are here in front of building they now are going to alley police van talking to police inside. Other van has appeared and has now gone half block up and its alongside first van talking to alley van policemen.
