Sometimes in engineering, what appears to be the problem really isn’t.
It is possible that they haven’t found the real cause of the crash.

There is a myriad of possibilities why the plane aborted. The story didn't give a reason, just listed a malfunction.
That is the problem with our culture now. We substitute sensationalism for facts.
