Whether the unvaccinated are neo-hippies, ultra orthodox Jews, survivalists, or illegal aliens, how do they pose a threat to those who are vaccinated? An MMR vaccine, if it is 99% effective, should protect the recipients thereof. I am not sufficiently knowledgeable of Hasidic teachings, but if their interpretation of Jewish scriptures prohibits vaccination, then forcing them, or Amish or other religious groups, to take vaccines violates the First Amendment.

Keeping them and their unvaccinated offspring away from the public does not violate the First Amendment.

Hear hear!!! It's not like forcing a religious baker to celebrate perversity, or pay taxes to fund abortions!
