It means he has no criminal record whatsoever so long as he doesn’t commit another crime for a certain period of time. This is the kind of resolution you usually get to a kid’s 1st time pot possession. This man was more than happy to create riots nationwide and caused the death of dozens if not thousands of people he is a rotten dirty evil creep. This is a good example of what America is going to be like under one party Democrat rule.

Wouldn’t there have to be a final plea of “guilty” to defer the conviction/prosecution like this? From what I understand, he never changed his plea of “not guilty.”
