I agree. They generally try to use their looks (and other techniques) to advance in the corporate/government world.

Bull! I had to fight my whole career to be recognized for my brains, not my looks.

My looks didn’t get me anything in the workplace except chased by lecherous bosses; I left two jobs because of it.

Found a career with a beautiful female boss who started a multimillion dollar company from her kitchen table. Before I needed to take a step back because of my daughter’s illness, I was the Vice President of my division, managing several billion in assets, with a staff of 20.

Am I complaining that I was blessed with a pretty face and figure? No, because it was a blessing...but don’t presume a pretty blonde is dumb. That is a mistake many of my competitors made, much to their dismay.

Well it is possible for an attractive woman to understand her looks can get in the way and develop skills to offset the natural attention men have to be distracted. Also to understand her peers will likely have jealousy issues...so it's a juggling act to sustain the focus on the business at hand initially. But over time people get it that she's a focused businesswoman.
