The Apple phones like the 6 seem to be very reliable. People are not finding a need to update very quickly. I've put new batteries (25 bucks) in a bunch of them for people and they just keep going.

Apple stated repeatedly during their announcement that they WILL not know what you are watching and will not know or share any customer data with anyone. NO ADS. What makes you think that Apple has been doing this against all evidence they have already not been doing it, while Google and Android do it globally?

One big difference with Apple is they announced consumers will be permitted to buy channels they like ala carte, not required to bundle channels to get the single ones they want.

Apple stated that channels would be available ala carte. . . not part of bundles. Consumers can select what channels they want without being forced to buy a bundle of junk they don't want.
