Donna Barzille just stated that even though Trump had no hand in Russian collusion in interfering with the election, he didn't lift a finger to stop it.

Not watching, but the Barr letter was clear that Russians approached the Trump campaign with offers to assist, but the campaign declined their offers.

That sounds like "lifting a finger to stop it" to me.

Do you think Hillary would have turned down any such overtures. Actually she probably sought out... WAIT she did re the Steele Dossier. Now there is some collusion you can get your arms around.
