They can impeach him for obstruction but the President was within his lawful authority to fire Comey.
A thin reed to go after the President given that Russian collusion is dead.
The Senate will never vote to remove Trump from office.
Barr was clear that the collusion aspect is over.
Regarding obstruction, Barr said that Mueller punted on a conclusion, only laying out the arguments for and against. The only "conclusion" Mueller made regarding obstruction was to point out that many of the alleged obstructive behavior was done in full public view, which is a mitigating factor as it did not suggest a "nexus of behavior intended to obstruct," since it was apparently not being done in secret.
