There is a difference between cutting excessive carbs and keto.
A BIG difference. HUGE. We’re talking GALACTIC.
There is a scientific reason not cited in the article or the paper regarding why those engaging extreme low-carb diets such as keto exhibit symptoms of impaired health.
I’m not giving the answer for free, but I hope that you have found balance, because by engaging a restrictive diet for 2 decades could prove irreparably-harmful in the end.
I do not suggest promoting what you’re doing as ‘low carb’ and - in the sense of the article and the paper - promoting keto/paleo/atkins without citing EXACTLY what you’re doing.
