Keto has been around for a century and staff doctors in a hospital setting had trouble keeping their epileptic child patients in ketosis; what makes you think you can do better? The psychological feedback of a scale swing, ignoring other factors? The fact is that most people who engage keto are incredibly-hypocritical, failing to address other causes of inflammation.

Absolute BS and dishonesty. The original KETO diet for epilepsy was based on drinking mostly processed oils. THAT IS NOT THE SCIENCE TODAY.

The science today is low carb with medium chain triglycerides, particularly caprylic and capric. The dietary fats are required to boost peroxisomes VLCFA conversion to decanoic acid for support of glial cell and neuronal (particularly mitochondria) metabolism.

Where the hell are you getting your information?

Clearly not borne of confirmation bias.

You opened with an abject falsehood. You understand absolutely nothing about digestion, obviously.
