Look closely - POTUS set up new + increased sanctions to start today. Then, at the Summit, he “lifted” those sanctions, which was announced today. Art of the Deal kinda thing ;)
That makes sense. I was wondering if there was any new concessions by NK since talks broke down last time NK and President Trump met.
All of that could have been a head fake till the Mueller Report was done and all CIA deep state ops cleaned up in North Korea.
