I might be wrong but don’t see a Chinese
-Russian alliance. All I see are Russian attempts to fake it to show they aren’t isolated and China trying to take as much advantage of it as possible.

I believe Russia and China signed a mutual defense pact over a decade ago. The do hold military exercises together.

There has been an open Russo-Chinese alliance since the end of the second Bush admin at least. They’ve been conducting joint military exercises for just as long.
