I haven’t lived there-SA- in years-being ranch-raised, I prefer the country-but if you like cities-try a smaller, more tolerant one-maybe Kerrville-about 30 miles from here-around 20,000 people, lots of veterans live there-laid back-there are Freepers living there, too-nice place...
I lived in Austin '80-'82. Loved everything about it except for the crazy liberals.
