Beto's Senate run, and Wendy Davis' Governor run before that, were test drives. They knew they were going to lose, but the goal was to pour in enough progressive dollars into the state and rally the troops.

You’ve hit the nail on the head, the same thing will be true of Florida if we don’t fight back hard. The Progressives always play the long game, they are quite willing to lose the White House in 2020 if they can keep moving the Democrat party closer to pure Communism in the process and gradually seize control of key electoral college states.

Seems that way from the ground here in Texas. GOP is silent here. They are taking TX red for granted. National GOP too.
And yes in Williamson County, which is VERY RED, GOP incumbent judges (like Dain Johnson) lost to liberal judges this last election. Dems here are being very quiet but it’s a ticking time bomb. I”m worried.
