One baseball player making more than all of the high-school teachers in New Jersey is only going to help the socialists at election time.
Most average people out there are going to look at that stat and say “ummmmm…...no. Time to redistribute.”
I don’t think so. Baseball brings in over 10 billion a year. Giving more money to the players is a good thing in the minds of the anti-capitalists. And if baseball sways someone’s vote, then they might want to rethink their priorities.
