I don't think he was even listening. He just started riffing on how losing makes people go mad. He talked about how Al Gore changed after losing in 2000. The caller kept trying to get back to his point that Cruz's behavior resulted in a higher profile for O'Rourke than would have occurred if Cruz hadn't been so boorish during the election.
