If Guantanamo is the “last resort”, are the [+21][+2][+4] the number of people who will end up there?
[+21] was the current time span. Lots happened. I assume something else will happen [+2] and something else [+4].
I could be wrong and I never pin hope on such things.

I’m afraid that locking the really bad ones in Guantanamo isn’t enough. No matter what happens we’ll eventually let our guard down and some future leftist will set the evil free. I find that unacceptable. An example needs to be made. No deals. Traitors justice.
