RI actually does have a serious problem. This what blows me away. This problem is everywhere and voters are fed up with it. My wife works at a Medicaid type health clinic and nobody who comes there speaks English

We are in Michigan, and you can't help but notice how many people in crowds speak Spanish and act like they are not from here.

I was visiting Connecticut last year, and it's eerily similar. I doubt RI is any different.
