Apparently, the dad died. Mortgage was paid. All she and her partner had to come up with was HOA fees and property taxes. Estimated by aides to come to around $1000/month. Toss in some utility bills and that’s a deal ANYWHERE in NYC.
And then, when the news came out that she didn’t really live there, she said she moved to another, bigger place a few streets over. So, she walks away from a place with no mortgage and a very affordable monthly bill, to someplace bigger, more expensive having to pay rent and utilities. She’s an idiot.
