I think so too - and you heard POTUS tell Barr that he (Barr) was making a passionate defense of the matter and that he’d be the one handling in the courts. The DS & RATs will inevitably clog up the works, somehow + somewhere, but their efforts should ultimately be denied. Meanwhile, if I read + understand everything correctly, POTUS has/had everything ready to go. The Army Corps of Engineers have all their planning complete and sooner than anybody can imagine these things are (in fact already have been) happening.
Another caveat - I had an easement dispute with a neighbor many years ago & took it through court & partially prevailed through a stipulated settlement at trial. But I learned an interesting aspect of the law all should take note of - it’s HARD to get things undone when they involve things such as building fences or walls or such things - if/when those things go up or down as the case may be, it’s increasingly difficult to fully reverse - i.e. short of Beta taking them down, the barriers going up will remain IMO.
