Our son was a year ahead of her at Stanford.
He was co-president of the College Republicans, manning their booth, when Chelsea walked by and smiled at him. He was surprised she was actually cuter in person.
Some people don’t photograph well and I suspect she’s one of them. I don’t ever recall hearing that Chelsea was an “outstanding student” (Obama’s daughters, either). Parents always share news like that when their child does exceptionally well. Of course, I’m suspicious of everything at this point. .
