Why not have cameras showing the upward view of the criminal? Because the costly systems are put there mostly to watch the employees.

Baloney. Where would you locate the camera? To get the perp’s face, the camera would be behind the employee. That won’t work for obvious reasons. Where would the camera be for this ‘upward view’? On a little stand next to the cash register?

You’re right.

I think there are some sort of under the glass tops of counters. I was just going by a series of conversations on sites about workers discussing cameras. When we had ours put in there was talk about the topics and I looked some up.
I think your statement is right—most of the time where would they be positioned?

A woman at work said after they were putting more and more cameras in that the next places will be just behind the toilet seats in all the rest rooms. She said “Let ‘em.”
