Oh yes he is!! Who do you think is forking over for the long ride to our borders?! There are organizations here in our town that are ACTUALLY paying for their airline tickets!! Who do you think is forking over for that?!! Yes we pay WHEN THEY are settled in a town with all the freebies,,,but organizations like the LULAC, AMNESTA and others function by donations!
