Barlow was a songwriter for the Grateful Dead. The Grateful Dead had a continuous stream of Masonic imagery and cover art; GD were implicated in the distribution of LSD along the west coast and nationwide through an individual known as Bear, Agustus Stanley Owsley III; was arrested and served a short sentence, then Bear became chief soundman for the Dead for many years.
Anyway, point being there is a lot of evidence pointing at the Dead being connected to C_A. Therefore Barlow was likely connected to C_A. Barlow’s death and Q’s drops suggest he turned to the light and was taken out by the derps as being a loose end. Or because he was promoting the Internet Bill of Rights.
That’s my takeaway.

Eventually it was outlawed and on several occasions he was picked up and was able to talk his way out of arrest: “I’m NOT THAT ACID HEAD!” he would say in a believable way...
The Dead were closely linked to Ken Kesey (a brilliant man and the head of the Merry Pranksters) and I do not doubt that Kesey and/or Ken Babbs were affiliated with the C_A.
Ken Kesey was one of the most brilliant men I have ever spoken with. I knew one of his sons in College fairly well and visited the family farm on multiple occasions...I just do not think he (Ken K) could have lived his life without major law enforcement raids if he was not protected somewhat by the C_A.
