All I know is that this article has made me hungry.

Me too. As far as I know spaghetti Bolognese means a meat filled tomato sauce on top of spaghetti or pasta. I looked up the Wiki to find out more and it is more complicated. Gotta give the Italians credit here! Last time I ate it was delicious.
