Congressional Republicans need to decide whether they will finally do the right thing and back the president on the wall, or fade away into utter irrelevance. They had two years of majority control of both houses and did nothing - now, multiple GOP senators are voting against Trump's emergency declaration because they've suddenly discovered that they value the Constitutional separation of powers concept - after years of impotently watching Obama trample the Constitution.
I know Republicans no longer control the House, and that's in no small part due to the fact that they betrayed their voters for the umpteenth time. But they can at least take a stand now and solidly vote to support Trump's budget and back in any shutdown. Or they can continue to pander to voters who will never vote for them, abandon all principle and destroy themselves on the road to destroying the US.

"But they can at least take a stand now ..." Can't speak for anyone else, but after 25 Federal Elections in my life, so far, but I am damn sure not holding my breath for the GOP to take a "stand" on anything without back tracking immediately there after.
