Not much advice, but I would continue to lots of water, take meds except those for pain unless needed and call a urologist in the AM. Did the ER make a referral?

I have only had one, 9mm, too large to pass on its own so the urologist blasted it to smaller pieces by shock wave lithotripsy. Passing the fragments, and their were many, was a painful, nauseating experience that took 2 days.
Tang OJ by the gallon is a home remedy that helped me a couple of times.
